All items are made to order. 

 

Do you offer free local pickup?
Yes, at checkout you and select local pickup for free instead of having your order shipped. We are located in Murrieta, CA. 


What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple pay. All transactions are processed through Stripe.

Can you cancel my order?
Yes, we are able to cancel most orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please contact us at tiffany@tiffzippy.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.

Is your website secure?
Yes. On any page where you are asked to enter your address, phone number or credit card information, we use a secure server through Stripe that keeps your information safe.  

What type of paper do you use?
We use 65 lb. or 67 lb. smooth cardstock for all our paper products.

Do you do custom work/requests?
Yes, we love making custom personalized orders for customers. Depending on what you need there may be a small design fee.

Do the products come folded?
No, our tent style paper place cards and paper table numbers come flat. All you need to do is fold them on the scored/perforated line.

Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes, please contact us via email at tiffany@tiffzippy.com for more information on wholesale. 

Can products be printed on using my home computer printer?
No, all products are already cut for you and cannot go through any type of printer.

Is there any sales tax on my purchase?
Orders shipped in California are subject to sale tax. Shipping options and sales tax will be displayed during checkout.
