What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and process credit cards through Stripe.
Can you cancel my order?
Yes, we are able to cancel most orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.
Is your website secure?
Yes. On any page where you are asked to enter your address, phone number or credit card information, we use a secure server through PayPay or Stripe that keeps your information safe.
What type of paper do you use?
We use 65 lb. or 67 lb. smooth cardstock for all our products.
Do you do custom work/requests?
Yes, we love making custom orders for customers. Depending on what you need there may be a small design fee.
Do the products come folded?
No our tent style place cards and table numbers come flat. All you need to do is fold them on the scored/perforated line.
Can products be printed on using my home computer printer?
No, all products are already cut for you and cannot go through any type of printer.
Is there any sales tax on my purchase?
Orders shipped in California are subject to sale tax. Shipping options and sales tax will be displayed during checkout.
